Born in 1991, On the way to atelier incurve or out for a walk, Takeshi always stares intently at the insects in the grass with his big eyes. In his artwork, he depicts not only the bugs' looks but also their habits that are explained in his favorite catalog of entomology. With vigorous strokes and vivid colors Takeshi draws the insects slowly and dearly as though he is bringing them to life on the drawing paper. His eyes reflect a warm feeling towards strong beetles, elegant swallowtails, and ordinary insects equally.
